We have been making ice cream for 3 generations and have been based in Clay Cross for 55 years. The present proprietors are Domenico and Louise Manfredi who run the company with their daughters: Tina, Janet and Lorraine. We go out to many sites in Derbyshire to sell ice cream to the public and supply many shops and businesses with our quality ice cream. The secret recipe of our ice cream is to use only the best quality ingredients. We are based in the heart of Derbyshire, Clay Cross.
